MBA Finance by profession, Brings in 22 yrs of Rich Experience from ULTRATECH Cement, Indias No.1 Cement and Ready Mix Concrete Group.
K. Alvin
Director - Operations and Quality
A Civil Engineer by profession, Alvin has worked in a diverse range of major projects. He brings in more than 20 years of rich and diversified experience in Ready Mix Concrete across IT Parks, Bridges, Port, Commercial & Industrial Buildings, and Residential projects. He has driven the L&T Concrete division from its induction stage to its high-value deal with Lafarge (now known as Nuvoco). He is one among the few to spearhead the beginning and growth of Ready-Mix concrete as a product in eastern India through L&T during the 2000s. He has held the position of Business Head of Nuvoco in Tamil Nadu. He has handled the entire gamut of Ready-Mix plant operations with a proven track record in installation of over 20 Ready-Mix plants across India, setting up systems & standards, Quality Control and Business Development.
Ranjith Babu
Director – Plant and Machinery
An experienced construction professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Ranjith has served as Project Head in major civil projects. His passion towards Ready-Mix has propelled him to promote his own Ready-Mix company that serves customer-based requirements for Captive plants. Ranjith has nearly 16 years of experience in erection, commissioning and operation of site-based plants in and around Tamil Nadu and Karnataka while leading a team of professionals.
K. Ayyappan
Director – HR and finance
An MBA in Finance by profession, Ayyappan brings 22 years of rich experience. He has worked in the Ready-Mix division of Ultratech Cement Limited, an Aditya Birla Group company, for nearly 18 years. At Ultratech Cement, he held varied portfolios including Sales, Operation, Business Development, Supply chain and Finance. He was later associated with RDC concrete for 2 years and handled overall Business. Ayyappan was instrumental in Ultratech Concrete’s growth from a single plant location to multiple plants, increasing the turnover by 300% within a span of 3 years and spearheading the business to attain market leadership position. He is currently involved in Strategy formation, Business Synergies, driving Systems & Processes, Cost Optimizations, Operational Efficiency, Team Building and Business Development.
